Backed by private equity and a strong market position, this business is entering its next phase of expansion — and we’re looking for a Head of Digital to lead and scale its D2C revenue stream.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and leading a team of four, this hands-on leadership role owns the end-to-end digital customer journey. From paid acquisition and CRM to lifecycle marketing and eCommerce performance, your remit is to accelerate growth, enhance retention, and optimise user experience across every digital touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Marketing – Lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and more, tracking key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and CVR.
* CRM & Lifecycle – Own CRM targets (retention, churn, conversion) and oversee personalised lifecycle programs.
* eCommerce & Subscription – Improve conversion and site experience by monitoring UX, coordinating CRO tests, and enhancing performance KPIs (AOV, LTV, churn).
* Insights & Reporting – Translate performance data into strategic decisions using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
* Leadership – Manage and mentor a high-performing digital team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive leadership experience in digital -performance marketing, eCommerce and loyalty in a D2C environment
* Strong grasp of digital levers across acquisition, retention, and conversion
* Commercially-minded and data-literate, with the ability to turn insight into impact
* Experience managing campaign execution through teams and third parties
* Hands-on, proactive leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Deep understanding of platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar
