The role involves documenting business, system, and operational requirements to decommission legacy applications, working closely with Finance and Business colleagues as part of their transformation strategy.What You Will Be DoingEngage with stakeholders to develop and document requirements for decommissioning Oracle Essbase and EPM, including user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, IT support, and vendors to define requirements, operational changes, data mapping, and data lineage.Support third-party suppliers (implementation partners, SaaS providers, etc.).
Facilitate collaboration across business lines, removing roadblocks and enabling open communication among stakeholders, SMEs, designers, developers, and testers.Must HaveTertiary education or relevant industry certification.Experience as a Business Analyst.Extensive experience with complex business technology projects in a Finance context.Proven ability to develop solutions across teams in hybrid/agile environments with multiple vendors and business groups.Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills to build trusted stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for individuals and executive groups.Team player attitude.Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Agile).
Ownership mentality to drive issues to resolution.Comfort working within a matrix structure.Nice to HaveFinancial services background, particularly capital markets knowledge.Experience with Workday.Oracle experience (Essbase, EPM).
