Lexus of Perth is based in a stunning dealership in Osborne Park. They require a full time Stock Controller/Licensing Officer to join a small admin team that handles all the administrative requirements of a busy luxury car dealership.
Overview
Required for immediate start the successful applicant's responsibilities will include the following:
Responsibilities
* Licensing of vehicles including new registration, transfers, renewals etc.
* Maintain accurate records of all vehicle stock
* Registration of sales information through TUNE and SAP
* Experience in Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
* Additional administrative tasks as per the Financial Controllers request
Skills and experience
* Dealership experience is preferred
* Dealer online licensing experience is preferred but not essential
* TUNE experience is preferred but not essential
* Is reliable, accurate and methodical, and pays attention to detail
* Is energetic and positive
* Has an excellent telephone manner
* Is courteous and helpful
* Strong computer skills and organisational skills
* Has a smart and professional appearance
* Team Player
