In this role, you'll:
Provide consistent high-quality general and deep cleans to the Sydney and NSW Customer Experience Centres and Stabling Yards based at Lithgow or Mt. Victoria.
You will play a key part in ensuring Sydney Trains' delivery of its strategic objective to improve customer satisfaction and cleanliness levels for our services.
Our current vacancies will see you work in locations across Sydney, Lithgow, and Mt. Victoria regions.
Fleet Customer Experience Cleaning Attendants are located at 39 sites, and our team includes:
- Maintenance & Stabling Yard Cleaners: full-time, 24-hour rotating roster, primarily night shifts, cleaning trains at Maintenance Yards.
- Turnaround Cleaners: part-time roles with day and afternoon shifts based on stations.

Successful applicants will undergo paid on-the-job induction and training to prepare for the role.
About you:
You are self-motivated and prioritize maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
You enjoy going above and beyond in customer service and are safety-conscious.
You are willing and able to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, evenings, and weekends. Positions are available as full-time and part-time roles.
