Job Role Overview
* Leadership and Management: The successful candidate will lead the new branch, oversee financial performance, establish a productive work culture, build and manage a high-performing team, foster strong OEM relationships, drive sales growth, ensure optimal service delivery, and maximise parts efficiency.
* Sales Development: This role involves building and leading a sales team, driving machine sales, promoting rental-to-own opportunities, and cultivating key account relationships with clients in civil, construction, quarry, and rental industries.
* Territory Sales Specialists: Territory-based roles are available across the Sydney basin, requiring candidates to identify new business opportunities, provide quotes, run product demonstrations, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Service Operations Manager: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the service and aftersales operations, overseeing workshop and mobile fleet activities, leading a team of technicians, managing warranty claims, and providing exceptional support to key accounts to minimise downtime.
* Heavy Equipment Technicians: We require skilled technicians to diagnose, service, and repair XCMG equipment at our workshops and on customer sites.
