Mobilisation & Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative coordinator to join our team based in Balcatta. This full‐time position is ideal for someone with recruitment experience and familiarity with mobilisation processes within the mining and construction sectors.
Role
The Mobilisation & Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce is effectively mobilised across multiple client sites and locations. The role is fast‐paced, dynamic and suited to someone who thrives on variety, can prioritise competing demands, and is committed to delivering timely support.
Duties
* Coordinate personnel following site‐specific mobilisation processes, including flight and travel arrangements using client software;
* Liaise with clients and Project Managers for manning requirements;
* Source and screen potential candidates to ensure all pre‐employment requirements and qualifications meet SETS and client standards;
* Maintain rosters and personnel records in conjunction with our HR/Payroll team and clients;
* Efficiently manage resourcing changes and reallocation of personnel to avoid project delays;
* Liaise and coordinate site inductions as required;
* Issue and order new personnel PPE and maintain accurate stock records;
* Provide quotes, raise invoices and obtain client purchase orders.
Skills & Attributes
* Minimum 2+ years of mobilisation experience (essential);
* Mining and/or construction industry experience and previous recruitment experience (essential);
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience with INX, Sitepass, Bamboo and MYOB Advanced is highly regarded;
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
* Self‐motivated and able to provide prompt, friendly and timely feedback to stakeholders and our team;
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team environment;
* Highly organised, with the ability to think on your feet, prioritise changing work demands and maintain confidentiality.
