About the Role This role offers a rare mix of a very warm, established customer base and significant opportunity to grow new business. You’ll take ownership of a defined territory covering Brisbane City through Logan, with occasional travel to Toowoomba and Goondiwindi. Your days will be spent out on the road visiting customers, building rapport, solving problems, and uncovering opportunities - not stuck behind a desk. Office time is minimal — just a fortnightly team meeting, keeping the focus where it should be: with customers. What You’ll Be Doing Managing and growing a warm, established portfolio of foodservice customers Building trusted relationships with chefs, venue owners, managers, and operators - think cafe's, pubs, clubs and restaurants as well as owner run food outlets. Identifying and converting new business opportunities across your territory Representing a well-known, respected product range with confidence Taking full ownership of your patch, with support when you need it About You You’re a self-motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys being out in market and takes pride in building genuine, long-term customer relationships. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in foodservice, FMCG, hospitality supplies, or a similar customer-driven environment. You’re commercially savvy, organised, and comfortable managing your own time and territory. Most importantly, you’re someone who values relationships over quick wins and enjoys seeing the long-term impact of your work.
