Position Title: Business Development Specialist (Australia & New Zealand)
Location: Adelaide, Australia
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Support sales and business development initiatives for NordiTube products across Australia and New Zealand.
* Assist in building and maintaining long‐term relationships with key clients in municipal, water, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
* Help identify and follow up on new project opportunities, including technical promotion, proposal preparation, tender support, and contract negotiation coordination.
* Collaborate with internal technical design teams to align client requirements with technical solutions.
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, assisting in market analysis and reporting.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility.
* Coordinate with the Finance team to track customer payments and support healthy cash flow.
* Work closely with project execution and after‐sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Municipal Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, project coordination, or business development within the infrastructure sector; experience in pipe or pipeline rehabilitation technologies is a plus.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage in technical discussions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
* Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as required.
* Must hold a valid Australian work visa or permanent residency.
