Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing and grooming.
* Support residents with day-to-day tasks including eating, socializing and engaging in activities.
* Work collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure that care plans are followed and that residents receive high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and relevant experience in a care setting.
* An understanding of workplace health and safety principles and practices.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
* A kind and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
