Job Description At Evolt, we're looking for a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Customer Service Desk Technician. This role is based on the Gold Coast and involves providing expert technical support across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Linux operating systems and hardware repair, with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in managing warranty processes and liaising with third-party service partners is also essential. This hands-on position requires technical know-how and exceptional customer service excellence. The successful candidate will troubleshoot Linux-based systems, coordinate repairs, manage parts logistics, and maintain proactive communication with customers and partners. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing Evolt machines running on Linux systems, providing remote triaging and troubleshooting via phone, email, and video call, and coordinating repairs and parts with distributors, technicians, and service partners across APAC.
