About the role
Coordinate and schedule people and plant to deliver efficient use of internal and external resources.
Lead and manage job planning & coordination including supplier agreements for specialised plant and equipment.
Liaise with Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor and Operators directly as required, to ensure jobs are managed and delivered in accordance with client requirements.
Communicate effectively within the Operations department to ensure efficient delivery of works.
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Promoting a safety‑first culture ensuring commitment to safety, company policies and compliance with industry standards.
About You
Demonstrated 5+ years' working experience in a similar role
Proven experience in the management and scheduling with Vacuum, Drain Cleaning, HP water and CCTV pipe inspection plant will be looked upon favourably.
Understanding of operational delivery requirements including people and plant in the construction/service industry including understanding of financial drivers, cost control and operational budgeting
Excellent leadership skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team.
Intermediate IT/Microsoft Office skills for reporting, planning and job management software.
Willingness to work afternoon shift hours.
