About Your Role
This exciting opportunity involves installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services. You will work independently in various environments, including customers' premises, with responsibilities including:
* Cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE

About The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced candidates with HFC experience or transferable skills from communication cabling who are eager to take their career to the next level. Essential skills include:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Honesty and integrity
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
* A current and clean Driver's License
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
