AA Advancements is currently seeking a Development Manager to join its growing team in a pivotal leadership role. This newly created position will provide end-to-end involvement across the entire development lifecycle — from land acquisition through to final handover.
The Development Manager will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver masterplanned residential developments, applying strategic insight, commercial acumen, and practical project delivery skills. They will oversee the end-to-end delivery of land development projects, including due diligence, feasibility assessments, acquisitions, masterplanning, planning approvals, and stakeholder engagement. They will also coordinate consultants and contractors, manage construction and titling processes, ensure strong project governance, and champion quality, sustainability, and community-focused outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in land development, urban planning, or construction project management, along with a strong understanding of South Australian planning frameworks and development processes. They will demonstrate strategic thinking, financial acumen, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to delivering results and solving problems.
