Clinical Aged Care Specialist

We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has at least 1 year of experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
* Holds tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work).
* Is currently registered with AHPRA or a relevant professional association.
* Has proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and client management systems.
* Hold a current Australian driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle, and the ability to travel within your service area.
