The role of Executive Practice Manager is a strategic leadership position that oversees the counselling and advocacy services, ensuring trauma-informed, client-centered, and evidence-based practices. The leader supports the Leadership Team by identifying service strengths and areas for improvement, while contributing to strategic planning, organisational culture, and stakeholder engagement as part of the Executive Team.
