**About this role**:
Become the Marketing Manager for this newly established, young, and dynamic construction company. This impressive construction company started in 2018, and since then they have doubled in size from 20 employees to 45, as well as, securing on going work with the NSW government.
Having gone from strength to strength, they have recently rebranded themselves to match their success and core company values and are now looking for a brand-new marketing manager to implement and roll out their new branding. It will be your responsibility to develop the strategic marketing plan and support all staff with the new guidelines. As this is a brand-new position, you will be given the freedom to add in your ideas and experience, whilst also having the support of the directors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing the new strategic marketing plan and ensuring it aligns with companies values and vision.
- Analysing data and consistently ensuring marketing is making a positive impact.
- Supporting and updating staff on new marketing guidelines
- Liaising with media platforms and stakeholders to promote projects.
**Skills and Experience**
- Uphold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or branding.
- 3+ years' experience as a marketing manager in the construction or infrastructure industry
- Previously developed a strategic marketing plan and evaluated outcomes.
