Archivist Role at Cambridge University Library

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Archival Management System, responding to user inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to address technical issues and plan system maintenance.
We are seeking an experienced archivist or information professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of archival collections and services, as well as expertise in using archive management systems and working with metadata standards within academic libraries and related environments.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of archival data
* Provide expert guidance on archival best practices and policies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
* Degree in Archives or Information Studies
* Proven experience in archive management and metadata creation
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
