Job Summary

A career as a Job Coach at our organization offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by empowering them to build better working lives.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team of employment services experts who work with Australians living with disability, injury, health condition or those who require additional support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a strong ability to motivate and encourage participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people, driven to successfully advocate for others, and willing to build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.

About the Role

This on-site position is part of our Job Coach team in Wonthaggi/Grantville. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

You will be working closely with clients to provide support for a sustainable career, building relationships with local employers, reverse marketing clients to employers, placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes, and ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.

As one of our Job Coaches, you will be at the forefront of our services, making a significant impact in the diversity and inclusion space.

Requirements

* At least one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
* Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
* Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
* Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
* A current Driver's Licence.
