About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. You will also identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up on referrals/leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
* Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up on referrals/leads
* Coordinate, conduct and participate in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays.
* Provide leadership and support to sales team members, to ensure a cohesive customer focused approach and achievement of sales targets – including training and ongoing KPI management
* Attend industry events and keep up to date with market trends and developments
* Facilitate the execution of tenders and Home Building agreements with purchasers for House and Land split contract transactions, as required
* Establish relationships with developers to enable acquisition of land under access or option arrangements. Assist in the development of appropriate packaging
* General management and monitoring of stock
Requirements:
* You should have experience in selling Spec Homes
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* A driver's license (for traveling between sites if needed)
* Ideally a White Card (but this can be done in 1 day)
* You must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays (1 Sunday off a month)
