About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Leader/Project Architect to join our Sydney studio. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality design projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, education, workplace, and retail.
As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver innovative designs and outstanding project outcomes
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor teams in designing, documenting, and delivering a variety of projects
* Oversee the delivery of projects across all stages, from concept through to on-site completion.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop creative and client-focused design solutions.
* Enable project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
* Ensure design intent is carried through to documentation and delivery.
* Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Design Leads to produce innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
* Collaborate with leadership on client and stakeholder engagement.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A passion for design and creativity.
* 10+ years of experience in architecture or design.
* Extensive experience in high-end multi-residential projects
* Educational qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
* Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM and solid knowledge of the NCC and construction detailing.
* Strong knowledge of construction and a commitment to quality design.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently, as well as strong collaboration skills
* Experience in education, workplace, retail, and leisure sectors.
* Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think imaginatively.
