We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Finance Administration Officer to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily finance administration tasks
Prepare End-of-Month (EOM) journals and reports
Process accounts payable invoices
Maintain and update finance and procurement databases accurately
Provide support and assist with additional finance duties as required
Training will be provided, with ongoing professional development encouraged and supported.
While we are happy to negotiate the days and hours that suit your needs,
availability on the first day of every month is a must*

We're seeking someone who enjoys working collaboratively and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team. You'll have strong attention to detail, pick things up quickly, and take initiative in your work.
Being adaptable and self-motivated will help you thrive in this role, and while it's not essential, it would be an advantage if you're currently studying or working toward an accounting diploma or similar qualification.
