Hours and compensation:4 days per week with a child aged 7 months.
Rate: $***** - $***** (L3) per hour including Tax and Super.
Costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf.
Schedule flexibility:Flex with days (any day between Monday to Friday, as long as it is recurring) and with times.
Role overview:This family is seeking a warm, experienced baby Educator to support their child through the earliest developmental stages.
You will implement and maintain consistent food and sleep routines as the baby grows, document daily food intake, and adapt routines over time.
You will plan age-appropriate, engaging activities to support developmental milestones and encourage curiosity, movement, and growth.
The position begins as part-time (two days per week) to support Mum's return to work and will expand to four or five days per week next year.

Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain consistent food and sleep routines for the baby as they grow.
Document daily food intake and ensure routines are followed and adapted over time.
Plan age-appropriate, engaging activities to support developmental milestones and encourage curiosity, movement, and growth.
Support the baby's health needs and document relevant observations.
Qualifications and requirements:
Have obtained or be working towards your Cert III, Diploma, or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and be registered with the state teaching authority.
Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR, and Level 2 First Aid.
Have a car and driver's licence.
Be willing to commit for at least 12 months.
