We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales of our telco services and hardware solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our national account management team, resellers, and new partners.
* Conduct daily calls to warm leads or existing active accounts to explore opportunities and identify new business prospects.
* Work closely with our 40 account managers nationally to help their channel partners grow our services.
* Assist with inbound sales queries from resellers or account managers, including quoting, design & compatibility checks.
* Be proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities through our extensive database.
* Onboard & train new partners, providing 1:1 guidance on portal usage and fast-tracking their growth.
* Host online and in-person sales training sessions on our services offerings.
* Collaborate with the product management team to develop key marketing strategies and work with the design team to create campaigns and initiatives to drive sales conversions.
You Will Bring:
* 5+ years experience in a voice or data sales role.
* Excellent product knowledge of IP Telephony and the broader Unified Communications space (e.g., NBN, SIP, Teams Calling).
* Strong communication skills; ability to respond quickly to internal staff & customers and provide accurate support & suggestions.
* A bright and friendly personality with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a successful company.
* Strong ambition and hunger to achieve sales targets.
* Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and certifications is desirable.
