**Key Role Description**: We are seeking a permanent full-time or part-time Administration Assistant to support daily operations and administrative systems.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within and across teams, providing administrative support to senior staff and informing clients about available services.
This role also involves Executive Assistant support for senior leadership.
**Essential Requirements:**
* Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in an administrative support role, including Executive Assistant support
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high-level interpersonal skills
* Good written skills, including drafting correspondence and completing documentation
* Demonstrated skills in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
* Good time management skills, with ability to prioritise work and use initiative
