The **Delivery Systems Officer** responsibilities will include providing technology support to both internal and external stakeholders. This involves investigation and resolution of issues, updating documentation and defining and testing enhancements. The role also involves close collaboration with the Document Control function to support and deliver an efficient Information Exchange System efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this engagement are primarily:
- Provide support to users and work with system vendor to undertake investigation of issues and enhancements to make recommendations in the project system environment.
- Support the delivery of business-as-usual change requests and enhancements by conducting technical and functional analysis and testing.
- Ensure use of Information Security obligations and compliance with recordkeeping requirements set out by PROV.
- Resolve (both reactive and proactive) problems throughout the information system lifecycle, including classification, prioritisation and initiation of action and documentation of root causes to prevent future incidents.
- Execute maintenance and administrative tasks as required.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other key stakeholders across SRLA to co-ordinate the development of process improvements and system changes.
- Experience in the configuration of information management systems and developing supporting technical documents and processes.
- Strong written skills, including experience in developing proposals, recommendations, and post implementation reviews.
- Demonstrate analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving skills with a strong focus on meeting outcomes and close attention to detail, accuracy, and completion of an activity.
**Qualifications / Additional Requirements**
Relevant tertiary degree or demonstrated experience in Information Technology and/or Information Management.

Application experience with systems such as InEight, TeamBinder, ProjectWise Bentley Microsoft SharePoint or other technology commonly used in infrastructure projects.
