H+S Talent has been exclusively engaged to recruit a polished and highly capable Sales Assistant & Personal Assistant for a respected, high-performing real estate business on the Gold Coast.
You will work directly alongside the Director and Selling Principal in a premium agency environment, providing high-level support across sales coordination, client service, campaign management, and day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
* Diary management, scheduling and priority support for the Director
* Campaign coordination and preparation of listing & marketing materials
* Client communication with vendors, buyers and stakeholders
* Open home scheduling and attendance
* Contract administration, compliance and transaction support
* General office operations and team coordination
What's on offer
* $65,000 – $80,000 + super (depending on experience)
* Company car provided for work use during business hours
* On-site parking at modern Southport office

About you
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Experience in real estate administration or sales support
* Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and professional presentation
* Confident communicator with strong client service skills
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
