Offer description

We are leading commercial Real Estate Office in the Northern Rivers, based in Lismore, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a key role within the business, supporting both our Sales and Property Management teams and helping keep the office running smoothly. You'll be trusted with responsibility, valued for your initiative, and supported by a professional, collaborative team.

If you're highly organised, proactive, and enjoy being the go-to person in a fast-paced office environment, this role offers variety, stability and long-term opportunity.


The Role

You will provide high-level administrative support across the business, delivering consistent, accurate and efficient outcomes. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and maintain strong systems will be critical to your success.

* Trust account management, including daily reconciliations, payments and settlements
* Preparing lease documents
* Property management administration, including invoicing, rent increases and documentation
* Assisting with sales administration processes
* General office and administrative support
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Data entry, word processing and database management
* General accounts administration
* Assistance with payroll processes


About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A professional, friendly and team-focused approach
