Our client is searching for an Electronics Engineer to join their team in Kalgoorlie, WA.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and test electronic components, circuits, and complex control and communication systems for use in mining machinery / equipment and operational infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of these electronic systems, along with performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns in fixed and mobile equipment.
- Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues related to electronic systems and equipment, ensuring continued operation and safety.
- Ensure all electronic systems and their installation adhere to relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and internal quality procedures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical drawings, test procedures, and instruction manuals for new and existing electronic equipment.
- Monitor the performance of installed electronic systems and equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
To be considered you will need a relevant Degree and at least 2 years of related employment experience.
