A day in the life
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Cobram Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk.
Key responsibilities:
- Check in and check out members.
- Answer all calls and assist with requests and general enquiries.
- Deal with guest enquiries after 6 pm via the after‑hours phone.
- Lock up resort areas such as the swimming pool.
- Manage after‑hours bookings received via email.
- Rostering to meet peak business demands; shifts vary across a 7‑day rotating roster in the afternoon/evenings, weekends and public holidays.
