The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a highly-organised individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Mayor, and Councillors to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO and Mayor's Office
As an Executive Administration Assistant, you will undertake secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO and Mayor's Office, including stakeholder engagement, calender management and document coordination. You will assist with council meeting administration, organisational projects and the financial mangement of the Mayor/Councillors expenses and budget allocations.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate III qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Local Government or similar equivalent qualification and has approximately five (5) years' work experience in a similar role (indicative).
You will have the following skills and experience;
A high level of skills relating to project management and time management.
A high level of effective stakeholder engagement and liaison skills.
Sound knowledge of financial management administrative processes.
High-level word processing skills (Microsoft Word) including minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
Benefits
This is a permanent, part time position working 21 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $83,725.82 gross per annum (paid pro-rata), comprising of:
$1,437.60 per week base salary (paid pro-rata)
$172.51 per week superannuation, calculated at 12% (paid pro-rata)
