About the role
The Growth Marketing team exists to provide a dedicated, strategic focus on acquiring, engaging, and retaining audiences and subscribers, and the Manager, Growth Marketing plays an integral role in this. Working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and a cross‐functional leadership team from product, technology, marketing and editorial, you have the opportunity to demonstrate – as well as build – marketing skills across a range of disciplines to drive the next phase of growth for ACM. We are looking for an energetic marketer who can help us achieve best‐practice performance marketing, data‐driven personalisation, and best‐in‐class lifecycle management – someone who can recognise opportunities and deliver scalable and well thought‐out solutions. What you'll be doing
This is a varied role where you'll be front and centre in all things subscription growth. You can expect to develop your skills across a range of activities related to the following:
* Subscriber acquisition: Execute channel strategies and optimisation plans to maximise conversion rates, subscriber revenue, and volume targets.
* Review performance and identify opportunities for improvement Customer engagement: Use digital channels to grow customer engagement for subscribers and readers by promoting content and product features – help our subscribers get more value from the products they have
* Consumer revenue: Support the development of pricing and offer strategies to help maximise customer revenue and lifetime value, and reduce customer churn, and deliver growth projects to support business objectives
About you
You are a marketer with 2 or more years experience in growth, acquisition or customer marketing, ideally in a subscriptions or recurring revenue business with the following skills:
* Strategic thinker, able to clearly document and communicate detailed plans
* Ability to assess financial return of projects, and use that information to prioritise work
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Able to work in a hybrid model, work with stakeholders in different locations and travel when required
* Have these key values – respectful, curious, honest and kind
* Although not entirely essential, we'd love it if you are: Degree or equivalent qualified in a related discipline Experienced with digital platforms like Meta and GAM
* Experienced with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar
