Role Description
This is a full-time, on‐site role for an Event Manager located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The White House International Event Manager believes in delivering with excellence whilst managing milestones, injecting wow factor, engaging in positive client relationships and creating respectful and collaborative relationships with suppliers. With a strong focus on detail, precision, and deadline management, the Event Manager delivers an exquisite client and attendee experience each and every time.
White House International specialises in corporate events that ignite the imagination of attendees and delivers to the objectives of our clients. The Event Manager will have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in delivering events and be able to demonstrate their dedication to the outcomes of their clients, and their ability to lead an event with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in event planning, coordination, and event operations
* Strong skills in Project Management, Budget Management, and Timeline Coordination
* Ability to build and maintain strong Client Relationships and Vendor Management
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
* Knowledge of the events industry in Sunshine Coast, QLD, is a plus but not essential
