At Home Care supports individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
We offer a range of services, including complex high care, private in-home care, and nursing services, as well as social support, daily living assistance, and community access.
As a registered NDIS service provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and nursing services led by experienced team members and clinical specialists.
The key responsibility of this role is to build positive relationships with stakeholders, service providers, clients, and care team members to develop and maintain business opportunities.
This position serves as the primary link between our clients, care team members, and the office team while fostering effective relationships with external customers, such as NDIS Support Coordinators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting At Home Care's services to engage with existing clients, expand service hours, and assist in building new business targets while maximizing individual funding plans.
This role requires demonstrated client-facing experience in the healthcare sector, a passion for networking and stakeholder engagement, rostering experience, and mentoring or supervising teams.
Additionally, desirable skills include experience working in the disability services sector, a high degree of understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and experience working with clients who have Acquired Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries.
Essential qualifications include excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport and trust, a high level of attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a busy team environment.
