Job Description: We are currently seeking qualified and professional Crowd Controllers for licenced venues in the Logan area. Exceptional customer service skills are required for these positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide crowd control
* Ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and patrons
* Provide accurate and detailed report writing
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
* Hold a current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller function
* Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
* Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Additional Requirements:
* Access to your own car or reliable transport (due to varying work locations across the Gold Coast)
* Australian working rights
* Flexibility to work nights and weekends
* Physically capable of working a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per shift
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* High standard of customer service and personal presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role however training will be provided for new and inexperienced guards
