We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten to Year 6 (K-6) Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. 
Caladenia Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School, located in Canning Vale, opened in 2007 and built its standards on collaboration, quality educational provision and in a culture of nurturing and caring for each other in our community. Our school caters for students from K-6 with specialist teachers in Music, Visual Arts, Japanese and Physical Education/Health supporting high quality teaching and collaboration across the school. 
The Role 
We are actively seeking K-6 teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and foster genuine relationships with parents, students and colleagues. Suitable applicants should establish a positive and inclusive classroom setting, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset while nurturing students' social and emotional development. You will leverage high-impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering engaging literacy and numeracy programs. An understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is highly valued, along with proficiency in utilizing various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning.
