We're currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Assistant (part-time or full-time) at TerryWhite Chemmart Bannockburn Central located within Bannockburn Central Shopping Centre in Bannockburn.
Previous experience in an Australian or New Zealand-based pharmacy is preferred.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only.
Certificate III in Community Pharmacy must be completed during employment for candidates without prior pharmacy experience.

Training on pharmacy systems will be provided as required.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
· Assist in the sale of S2 and S3 medicines with appropriate knowledge
· Provide customer service and assist with general patient or staff enquiries
· Replenish stock and manage inventory within the pharmacy
· Process orders and undertake general administrative or support tasks
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Minimum 2+ years retail customer service experience required
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
· Professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity when addressing patient needs
· Participate in ongoing training and development to build you pharmacy knowledge
