Looking for a technician who can go on site to at customer's location and support them with computer problems. It could be business or retail computer problems. The technician would need to have their own cars.
**Tasks**
- Provide on-site technical support in both home and office environments over various platforms (e.g., PC, Mac, iOS, Android, etc.)
- PC and Laptop Toolkit, troubleshooting equipment
- Handing server issues, replace server parts, configure RAID
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Change networking cables
- Follow instructions from internal team
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Build rapport and maximise customer satisfaction
- Provide follow-up support to customers
**Requirement**:
- Your own car
- Working rights, will be checked
- Can do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills: the ability to explain technical issues in 'plain English.'
