What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support and leadership to our sales and livestock administration staff. You will support in branch marketing and administration duties.
Assist the Branch Manager and peers to identify sales and cross‑selling opportunities
Ensure professional and prompt customer service is always provided
Provide Branch support for our large Livestock Agency business
Manage accounts payable, including expenses and banking
Oversee accounts receivable and debtor management
Maintain office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
Manage branch finance accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
Process AP invoicing accurately and efficiently
Lead and support a small team of Livestock Sales Support and Administration staff
What You'll Bring:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring experience in both leadership and administration, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. A genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture is essential. You will also demonstrate:
Strong people management skills
Excellent computer skills, including SAP, Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive approach to work and strong organisational skills
High attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem‑solving ability and the empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
Ability to identify opportunities to improve internal processes
Effective time management skills
