Fantech is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our Residential and Commercial HVAC product portfolio. Based at our Dandenong South Head Office, this role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, launch new products and work closely with teams across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, you will manage key product categories including residential ventilation, apartment ventilation systems, acoustic solutions and commercial HVAC technologies.
You will work across suppliers, sales, engineering and marketing to identify opportunities, launch new products and ensure strong commercial performance.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate new product and supplier opportunities
* Develop business cases, pricing and go-to-market strategies
* Lead new product launches from concept to market
* Monitor product performance and manage the product lifecycle
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales performance
* Deliver product training and support to internal teams and partners
* Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Operations
Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You
* Engineering, marketing or related qualification, or strong technical product experience
* Experience in product management, technical sales or building services (highly regarded)
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
