Read more about us here: > We're seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market execution and team performance. In this pivotal role, you'll own the tactical elements of our sales and marketing operations while working closely with our co-founders and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
You'll lead a talented team of sales and marketing reps, managing the end-to-end sales process from pipeline building through to closing deals. Your focus will be on enabling the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining our consultative, customer-first approach.

Manage and develop the sales and marketing team, conducting regular 1:1s, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvementOwn pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting, informing decisions with dataOwn CRM management and sales operations, maintaining clean data and efficient processesImplement and refine sales training programs, including shadowing, roleplaying, and feedback sessionsConduct regular deal reviews to enhance win rates and accelerate sales cyclesCoordinate go-to-market activities across new business sales, expansion, customer success, and marketingManage KPIs, dashboards, and reportingOversee hiring and onboarding for the sales and marketing teamPartner with co-founder on sales and marketing strategy, OKRs, and budgetingJoin and contribute to sales calls with prospects and customers when needed to support the team 2+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams3+ years prior experience in B2B sales, with the ability to coach and develop sales talentStrong organisational and process-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detailData-driven approach to managementExperience with sales methodologies like Sandler, MEDDICC, or similarExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with different teamsAdaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environmentUnderstanding of marketing strategies, channels, and metricsExperience in EdTech or selling to schools would be advantageous but not essential Impact - Your work will have a profound impact on the business.
