The Digital Publishing & Optimisation Chapter, use deep customer insights to experiment rapidly, craft content that converts and create personalised digital journeys for all CommBank customers.
You will be in a team supporting your development and success in the role whilst collaboratively working alongside Squads within Home Buying, focused on proactively advising stakeholders on digital content enhancements, managing the planning, day-to-day build and timely delivery of initiatives.
You'll work with a team of talented POs, optimisation managers, UX designers, marketing, data, content and product managers to help customers on their journey to buying their dream property, refinancing or staying in control of their home loan, positioning CBA as Australia's trusted home lender of choice.
**Do work that matters**:
Through your detailed working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content publishing tools as well as the broader suite of Adobe products, you will help guide the business to extract the maximum value from the utilisation of these tools.
You will have a customer centred approach to content production and management, being able to balance the experience of our customers with the business goals for the channel.
**On any given day, you will**:
- Building new content and experiences using a combination of Adobe Experience Manager experience fragments, components via preconfigured templates and stand-alone HTML pages as required
- Share your expertise with wider Chapter and stakeholders around how to best use Adobe AEM to optimise outcomes
- Use AEM and agreed work flows to publish new and optimise existing content.
- Use web analytics and customer insights to help identify key topics that are important to customers that will drive reach and engagement, reduce complaints and reduce risk
- Contributing to and supporting agile teams as required from a content production perspective
**We're interested in hearing from people who**:
- Strong digital content publishing experience to build content using Adobe AEM or similar content management system
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to recommend best practice solutions for digital content production
- Strong stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Adobe Analytics or similar
- Exposure to CSS and HTML, Photoshop, UX and SEO
- Positive attitude and engaging personality, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
