Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of HR Functional Analyst, tasked with overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our HR systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP HR configuration, particularly in Payroll and Time Management sub-modules.
The selected individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP HR Payroll, as well as enhancing UKG Workforce Pro through troubleshooting and system improvements.
In collaboration with our HR and Payroll teams, this analyst will gather requirements to deliver effective HR solutions while ensuring compliance with AU/NZ payroll regulations and security standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Configure SAP HR Payroll from basic to intermediate levels;
* Support enhancements in UKG Workforce Pro through configuration, troubleshooting & system improvements;
About This Opportunity
* You bring 8+ years' experience in delivering IT projects related to human resources management systems (HRMS), focusing on project delivery or application support roles within organizations using ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
