What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage a training portfolio of approximately 100–300 lots while you learn the ropes and grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement legislative requirements for Owners Corporations.
* Ensure compliance with the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011.
* Prepare agendas, meeting notices, budgets and minutes.
* Respond to owners', tenants' and property managers' enquiries.
* Liaise confidently with committees, contractors, debt collectors, solicitors, developers, builders and other stakeholders.
* Attend AGMs, general meetings, committee meetings and ACAT hearings when required.
* Conduct site visits and perform inspections.

Practical Requirements
* Current driver's licence
* Reliable own transport (you'll need it for site visits and inspections)
