Job Tasks And Responsibilities
Based at Moolarben Coal Operations, we are offering an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Technician within the Open Cut Maintenance Department.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely performing all maintenance tasks on our mobile plant such as diagnostic work, Electric/Mechanical drive Truck Maintenance, Field Maintenance on Hydraulic Excavators and general servicing.
Skills And Experience
Essential Criteria:
* An exceptional commitment to safety
* Trade qualifications - Mechanical
* High Risk Work Licenses (FL, WP, CN DG, etc)
* Ability and desire to work well within a multiskilled team environment
* The ability to work rotating rosters including night shift
* Willingness to reside within 100kms of the site
* Heavy mobile plant maintenance experience:
o Komatsu
o Liebherr
o Caterpillar
o Atlas
o Copco
