Job Title: Cleaning Operations Supervisor Sa North
This role oversees the successful delivery of cleaning services and standards across multiple sites in a designated region. Effective management and leadership are crucial to achieving these goals.
The position involves managing cleaning operations, developing work schedules, assigning tasks, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining reference manuals and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a diverse service delivery team geographically spread across various locations
* Developing work schedules, assigning tasks, implementing productivity standards, and monitoring performance
* Resolving operational challenges, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to 100% of specifications and compliance standards
* Liaising with Senior Management regarding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) opportunities
* Providing leadership, training, and induction for team members
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in day-to-day delivery of services
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* At least 3 years of supervision experience in a customer service industry
* Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) or equivalent qualification
* Proven high level of customer service and management skills across diverse teams/skill sets
* Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
* Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters
* Ability to work independently and liaise with Senior Management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate IT skills
