OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join SPG Land and play a pivotal role in delivering Paradiso Place, one of the most prestigious off-the-plan projects on the Gold Coast.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow our sales division, with a strong focus on off-the-plan project sales.As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and overseeing the successful marketing and sales of residential and commercial developments.
The role requires a proactive problem-solver with the ability to devise effective pricing strategies, develop data-driven action plans, and leverage in-depth market research and extensive networks to achieve ambitious sales targets — all while collaborating closely with our design, finance, construction, and marketing teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies across high-rising residential and mixed-use projects.Drive off-the-plan project sales campaigns, from pre-launch to settlement.Lead pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans in partnership with design, finance, construction, and marketing teams.Oversee the marketing function to craft and execute responsive, high-impact strategies tailored to project objectives and buyer audiences.Build and mentor a high-performing team and manage agency partners.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions.Cultivate strong relationships with buyers, agents, brokers, and investors.Ensure compliance with property laws, contracts, and settlement processes.Key Requirements10–15 years' experience in sales, with proven track-record in off-the-plan apartment sales.Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-value project sales.Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing strategy and market positioning.In-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast property market and buyer demographics.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Cooperative mindset, with experience working alongside design, finance and construction teams.Current Queensland Real Estate License (required).
