Project Coordinator - Commercial Construction

Your new role will be key in delivering accurate cost estimates and preparing budgets for both internal and external feasibility analyses.

This involves, but is not limited to:
">
* Analysing project requirements
">
* Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
">
* Ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget
">
In order to be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years' experience as an Estimator in the Commercial Construction, Trades or Maintenance industry. You will also:
">
* Have excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
">
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant estimating systems (eg: Procore, Cubit/Buildsoft, CostX, Revit)
">
* Have relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
">
* Have a Trade background (preferred)
">
* Hold extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
">
