What You'll Be Doing: Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care Completing administrative tasks to support customer care operations Striving for first-contact resolution and meeting service level targets Contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm We offer a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one.
