Job Description
* Oversee the strategic development of menus, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous learning.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive culinary innovation, leveraging industry trends and insights to elevate the F&B offering.
* Develop and implement effective cost control measures, monitoring expenses and optimizing profitability.
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Food and Beverage leadership or management roles.
* Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food safety protocols, and hospitality industry best practices.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
* Excellent organizational and financial management skills, with proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Demonstrated passion for quality, creativity, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
