We are looking for:
* 5+ years of CMT experience
* Proven supervisory experience
* Comprehensive understanding of both field and laboratory operations
* 3 years experience with NATA signatory approvals
* AQF level 5 (Diploma) with prior signatory experience
* Proficiency in Australian Standards for Soil and Aggregate testing
* Valid drivers' licence
* Nuclear Density Meter operator's licence (QLD)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Capacity to mentor and support staff members
* Commercial experience (preferred)
